These terms apply to the website only — the commercial relationship between Leadly Group ("Leadly," "we," "us") and a business that engages our lead-generation service is set out separately in a signed service agreement, which takes precedence over this page for anything it covers.

What this site is

This site describes Leadly's pay-per-appointment lead generation service for local service businesses, lets you estimate potential revenue with an illustrative calculator, and lets you request an intro call. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of results — pricing, availability, and exact terms are confirmed individually before any paid engagement begins.

The revenue calculator isn't a guarantee

The calculator on this site produces an illustrative estimate from numbers you enter. It is not a projection, promise, or guarantee of appointments, revenue, or profit for your business. Actual results depend on your market, industry, pricing, sales process, and factors outside our control.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Example figures, timelines (like "live in about a week"), and benchmarks are typical/illustrative unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property
