What we collect when you visit this site or fill in our form, and what we do with it.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Leadly Group ("Leadly," "we," "us") handles information collected through leadlygroup.com (this site). It applies to visitors to the site and to people who submit our contact form. It does not cover the separate, private data our client businesses collect about their own customers through their own ads and landing pages — that is governed by each client's own agreement and privacy practices.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Your industry and service area
- Anything you write in the optional message field
We also automatically receive standard technical information any web server receives — such as your approximate location from your IP address, browser type, and which page referred you — through normal web request logs. We do not currently combine this with your form submission or use it for tracking.
Cookies and tracking
As of the date below, this site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising tracking scripts of any kind. The only outside connections a page load makes are to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) and a CDN for our icon set (jsdelivr.net) — both serve static files and, to our knowledge, do not set tracking cookies for this kind of use.
If we later add analytics or ad-conversion tracking (for example, to measure our own Google or Meta ad campaigns), we will update this section and add a cookie banner before any non-essential tracking runs.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about whether Leadly is a fit for your business
- To contact you by email, phone, or text about that enquiry
- To keep an internal record of who has contacted us and when
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your form submission is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Leadly.
Communications
By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by email, phone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send, or ask us directly at danielgabay@leadlygroup.com.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for our own business records, and delete or anonymize them on request (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email danielgabay@leadlygroup.com to make any of these requests. If you are a California resident, this includes your rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information as defined by that law.
Children
This site and our services are directed at business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
